Things I (Alex Ventura) would like to relate to the client:

To start, I need to understand the work you want to have done. I can do this by reviewing pictures from magazines, neighbor’s homes in the area, or a simple drawing from your imagination. If you do not know what you want to have done and just feel that a space in your back yard or front yard needs some work, I can work with you to help you determine exactly what you want.  I have a solid background in design and can create good ideas for most homes.

Call me to find out if I am experienced in the specific area of work that you want done. If I do not have experience with your specific type of project, I will let you know.  Keep in mind, however, that I love to tackle new and unique projects and I have a knack for problem solving challenging hardscape design issues.  Many clients call me to solve problems that no one else can.

If you determine that Ventura & Son Masonry can work for you, I can come to your home or job site and develop a quote for the work. A quote will consist of the labor and materials cost. It will have a specific timeline and explain the work that is to be done.  If you like my quote then I will draft a contract specifying the work, cost, payment schedule, start date and anticipated completion date.
